Warranty and complaints

All products in our webshop have been carefully selected and checked for quality. We only offer socks from manufacturers with a good reputation.

If an item is defective or incorrectly delivered, the total purchase amount will be refunded. In any case, the return of this item must take place within 14 days after you have submitted the complaint (which you have reported to us within 2 days by e-mail or letter). The item and packaging must be undamaged and in original condition.

The supplier gives a guarantee on all items for correct use. Assessment of whether there are production errors can be carried out by the supplier or producer. It can always happen that something doesn't go exactly as planned. We recommend that you first report any complaints to us by emailing [email protected]. From February 15, 2016, consumers in the EU will also be able to register complaints via the European Commission's ODR platform. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If the complaint is not yet being processed elsewhere, you are free to file the complaint via the European Union platform.
